    Pets are accepted at the property owner’s discretion with an additional deposit held and monthly rent of $35.00 per animal.

  • What are the fees associated with signing a lease?

    • Application fee – Covers background, credit, and screening reports ($49.99 per adult)
    • Security deposit – One month's rent held to cover damages beyond normal wear
    • and tear. Due prior to move-in.
    • First month’s rent – Due at move-in via certified funds.
    • Pet fees or deposits (if applicable) – For approved pets

  • Who is required to be on the lease/application?

    Any individual over the age of 18 is required to complete an application and must be on the lease.

  • What is the application fee?

    The application fee is $49.99.

  • What are the approval qualifications?

    Prospective renters need to have sufficient income of 2.5x the monthly rent, minimum credit score of 620, and successfully pass the background check for criminal and eviction history. We want to ensure that each tenant is successful in their tenancy.

  • What are acceptable forms of proof of income?

    Acceptable forms of proof of income include pay stubs, W2s, and tax returns for self-employed individuals.
